LocalizaTodo Pro is a new version of Localizatodo with advanced functionalities aimed at a more professional use of the page, available exclusively for users with a logged-in session. These functionalities include, device management, private map, definition of areas of interest, advanced filters, alarms by SMS or e-mail, and event playback.

Help and tips

Areas

Localizatodo Pro allows the definition of areas of interest for the user, through the use of the Areas tool accessible from the Tools menu of the page

The user can graphically create rectangular or polygonal areas that can then be used to create filters and alarms.

- The rectangular areas will be varied by introducing two opposite vertices of the rectangle.

- The polygonal areas are transformed by entering one of the vertices of the polygon one by one, pressing again on the initial vertex to close it.

Advanced Filters

Localizatodo Pro allows the creation of advanced filters that are applied to the visualization of the ships, planes or devices shown on the page. In addition, filters can be used to create alarms that are triggered when any element on the map meets a specific filter.

Filters can affect ships, planes or devices, or all types of elements and can include a single condition or several, nested and combined with each other thanks to the use of the logical operators "AND", "OR" or "NO " There are three different types of conditions that can be used in filters:

- Area condition : using the areas created by the user, it allows to filter those elements that are inside or outside a specified area. A generic "rectangle" area can also be used indicating the latitude and longitude of the two opposite vertices of the rectangle.

- Information condition : allows filtering based on the content or status conditions of different information parameters of the elements (MMSI, type of ship. Destination. Type of Cargo of the ship. State of Navigation . Speed. Etc.) Indicating the parameter and a value, you can apply the comparison operators (greater, lesser, equal, different, contains, ...) to determine which elements comply with the filter.

- Distance condition : currently applicable only to ships, allows, indicating an MMSI and a distance in miles, to filter the elements that are at a greater or lesser distance from the indicated vessel.

You can access your list of filters from the My advanced filters menu option available in the menu shown at the top right by clicking on the user's name. From this list you can add, modify or delete filters.

To activate or deactivate advanced filters in the display of the elements of the page, it must be done by using the Advanced Filters tool accessible from the Tools menu. Being able to activate several filters at the same time and indicate if you want to show only the patches that comply with all the activated filters or any of them.

The combination of different conditions using logical operators allows the creation of complex filters such as:

- Filter those ships located in the area of the strait and that are of the Cargo Ship type.

- Filter those planes over the Iberian Peninsula with an emergency Squack.

- Filter those boats with a speed greater than 2 knots located less than a mile from a boat.

- Etc. The possibilities are endless!

Alarms

Localizatodo Pro also allows the configuration of alarms that are triggered when certain events in the system are fulfilled and that you can be notified via SMS to your mobile and / or via email to one or more email addresses.

Each alarm applies either to a specific ship, specified by its MMSI, or to a specific aircraft, specified by its ModeS, or to one of its devices, or to all the elements of its private map or to all the elements of the system. that are in a specified area. The alarm can be activated or deactivated manually, or a range of dates or times in which the alarm would become active can be indicated. The types of alarms that can be configured are the following:

- Transmission alarm : it is triggered when the ship, plane, specified device, or any element of your private map or the indicated area, transmits information to the system. In the case of ships and planes, once this alarm is triggered it will not be transmitted again until an hour has passed since the last transmission of the ship or plane. In the case of devices, it is triggered every time the device transmits.

- Alarm by position : it is triggered when the indicated element enters or leaves (depending on how the alarm is configured) in a indicated area.

- Filter alarm : Triggered when the indicated element meets all the conditions of an advanced user filter.

- Inactivity alarm : it is triggered when the indicated element passes more than the time specified in the alarm without transmitting anything to the system. It requires that the element transmit something from the moment the alarm is activated so that the system is aware of the activity of the element in question.

- Anchorage surveillance alarm : available exclusively for boats, it allows specifying a boat and a radius of drift in meters so that the larm is triggered if the boat leaves the circle specified by said radius. These types of alarms can be configured directly on the map by clicking on the desired ship and selecting the Anchor surveillance option in the popup with the ship information.

- Message sending alarm : available exclusively for boats, it is triggered when the system detects that the indicated boat transmits a text message either broadcast (AIS 8 or 14 frames) or point-to-point ( AIS 6 or 12 frames).

- Message reception alarm : available exclusively for ships, it is triggered when the system detects that a point-to-point text message (AIS frames 6 or 12) has been sent to the ship indicated in the alarm.

- Low battery alarm : Available exclusively for some types of devices, it is triggered when the device reports that its battery is low.

- Emergency alarm : Available exclusively for some types of devices, it is triggered when the emergency or SOS button is pressed on the device.

You can access your list of alarms from the menu option My alarms available in the menu shown at the top right by clicking on the user's name. From this list you can add, modify, delete, activate or deactivate alarms.

For each alarm, you can indicate whether you want your shot to be notified via SMS (indicating a telephone number) and / or via e-mail indicating one or more email addresses separated by semicolons.

The areas used in the alarms can be any of the user defined areas or a generic "rectangle" area can be used indicating the latitude and longitude of the two opposite vertices of the rectangle.

Some practical examples of application of the different types of alarms in combination with filters are as follows:

- You can design an alarm that alerts you when a boat with dangerous goods enters an area of special interest (protected areas, fishing areas, etc.).

- Alarm associated with a device attached to an animal / car / person that alerts you when said animal leaves a specific area.

- Alarm that alerts you when a certain flight approaches the airport or lands.

- Alarm that alerts you when other ships pass too close to your ship.

- If your boat does not have an AIS receiver capable of processing frames 6 and 12 of text messages, they can set an alarm to send you those messages by SMS if any coastal authority tries to communicate with your boat.

- Etc etc.

Events

Localizatodo Pro allows the creation of regatta-style events, races or simply the reproduction of the behavior of certain elements (boats, planes or devices) in a specific time interval

You can access your events from the My events menu option available in the menu shown at the top right by clicking on the user's name. From this list you can add, modify or delete events.

To create an event, indicate its name, start and end date, a coordinate to center the event map on a certain site and the list of elements involved (boats, planes or devices registered by the user). Optionally, a series of beacons with geographical location and name can be indicated that can be used to specify the points of the event route.

From the event configuration screen, you can invite other users to view the event, indicating the email address with which the invited users will login.

On the screen with the list of your events, you have a second list with the events to which other users have invited you and from which you can access their viewing either in real time or delayed.

The map of an event (accessible from its configuration page or from the list of user events) shows in real time the elements (ships, planes or devices) of the event if it is accessed during the time interval specified for the event , or loads the tracks of the elements involved for the delayed reproduction of the event if the end date and time of the event have already been met.

On the same map of the event and using a specific tool of this map: the beacons tool , the location of the beacons and the points of the route can be visually configured on the map (adding them selecting from the beacons created). You can also indicate which beacons you want to be visible (the icon of a flag is shown and the name for them) and which are not (they serve exclusively to mark some point of the route). You can also give a color and width to the path line (or make it transparent).

Devices

As you know, Localizatodo already allowed the incorporation of tracking devices into the map. But Localizatodo Pro allows a better management of them being able, apart from the usual configuration of their name and profile, to indicate a photo and if it is desired that they appear publicly on the map or only on their private map, as well as the sending of parameters simple configuration to the device for some specific models such as SigFox devices

With Localizatodo Pro you can also configure alarms associated with the transmission position or status of your devices. Even, depending on the type of device, low battery alarms or pressing the emergency button.

Some of the devices compatible with Localizatodo are SigFox, LKGPS, Globalstar Spot or any Android mobile with our app WayTRKR installed

You can access your list of devices from the My devices menu option available in the menu shown at the top right by clicking on the user's name. From this list you can register new devices, configure them or unregister them.

If you were already sending to Localized all the information of a device, you can associate it with your user by clicking on it on the map and pressing the Register option that appears at the end of the popup with the device data.

Private Map

In LocalizaTodo Pro you have a private map that shows only the elements in which we are interested, which may be ships, planes, or the devices registered with your user

To access your private map, you can do it from the menu option My private map available in the menu shown at the top right by clicking on the user's name. On said map will appear exclusively:

- The ships whose MMSI you have specified from the My ships menu option available in the menu shown at the top right by clicking on the user's name.

- Airplanes whose ModoS you have specified from the menu option My flights available in the menu shown at the top right by clicking on the user's name.

- All the tracking devices registered with your user (menu option My devices ), are already configured to show your position publicly or privately.

In addition, you can invite other users to see your private map from the menu option My Invitations . From that same screen you can access the private maps and events of other users to which you have been invited.
